Brazilian midfield maestro Oscar has revealed that he was contacted by cash rich French giants Paris Saint Germain over a potential move across the Channel, but the Chelsea has said that he remains committed to the Blues for the near future and is not looking for a move away.

Chelsea might have struggled for goals from their strikers as they ended up being trophy less last season but that hasn’t stopped the European heavyweights to poach some of their brilliant attacking players with the likes of Belgian midfielder Eden Hazard and Oscar all attracting interest from the continental giants.

Hazard is a transfer target for both Paris Saint Germain and Barcelona but he has also insisted that his heart remains with the Stamford Bridge club.

Oscar, who is currently playing for Brazil at the World Cup on home soul has said that there has been contact with Paris Saint Germain but it didn’t go any further and went on to add that he will remain a Chelsea in the new season.

There have been claims that with the club already signing Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona, either one of Hazard or Oscar could be sacrificed as the club looks to remain within UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules but there have also been claims that there is no way Jose Mourinho will part with a player who many see as a future legend for the club, especially after the January sale of Juan Mata to Manchester United.

Oscar was signed by in 2012 by then boss Roberto Di Matteo for a fee of £ 20 million from Brazilian giants Internacional and has gone on to cement his place at Chelsea as one of their key players despite the frequent change of managers and he is hoping he spends many more years at the club as well.
